Main performance characteristics
(1) The corrugated main roller of ¢290mm is made of 50CrMo treated by hard chromium plating. An independent gearbox, a universal joint transmission structure and steam heating are used. The pre-cylinder is carried by the single-face machine. The wrap angle is adjusted electrically.
(2) With the cover suction negative pressure structure, the corrugated paper is attached on the corrugated roller by the high-pressure fan, which has advantages of convenient gluing and sticking, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
(3) The machine frame using high-grade cast iron structure is featured with high strength and good shock absorption, and no deformation after tempering treatment
(4) The corrugated roller is made of 50CrMoA alloy steel quenched, tempered, medium frequency quenched and polished on the surface. The corrugated main roller with the diameter of ¢292mm is treated with tungsten carbide or by chromium plating. High temperature resistant double-row roller bearings are used for tile rollers and pressure rollers, with high temperature grease used for lubrication. Pressure rollers and the corrugated rollers are pressurized by air bag, which has good cushioning effect, long service life and maintenance free.
(5) The gluing unit can be moved out horizontally as a whole, which is easy to disassemble and maintain. The air cylinder control achieves sensitive action of glue feeding and stopping. A copper plate is used for cleanly scrape the glue. The electric glue baffle is used for controlling the gluing width. An angle sensor, a PLC and a touch screen are used. The glue amount can be automatically according to different papers and different vehicle speeds without accumulated error.
(6) The main machine is originally equipped with a large-diameter pre-heater, which has the advantages of concentrated heat, large preheating area and no need to equip with another pre-heating device. The lower preheating roller of ¢600mm and the upper pre-heating roller of ¢400mm are provided, which is reasonable. The pre-heating wrap angle area is adjusted electrically. The core paper is equipped with a humidifier.
(7) The gear box is driven by universal shaft, in which the gears are subject to high-frequency quenching and hardening treatment. The gears lubricated by oil bed lubrication have life-long service life. Additionally, a variable frequency motor is used for speed regulation, which is energy-saving and high-efficiency.
