Flexo printer slotter, in line folder gluer includes four parts like flexo printer, slotter, die cutter and in line folder gluer. According to actual needs, it has optional printing unit and die cutting unit. To optimize its performance, it employs imported electrical parts and bearings of famous brand from USA, Japan and European. Ceramic anilox rollers made in Taiwan are also applied. Besides, the machine is automatically controlled. Therefore, it is not only light and delicate in design, but comes with firm structure. With printing error ranging from -0.5mm to +0.5mm, our product enjoys sound reputation for being regarded as the high level and high standard machine.

Main technical features of each section:

Lead Edge Paper feeding section:

(1) The main control computer and the man-machine interface control system.

(2) The vacuum adsorption mechanical leading edge feeding system ensures accurate and stable feeding.

(3) Side and front baffle computer traverse system, the regulation is stable and precise.

(4) The dust removal brush and vacuum device can be lifted and lowered, and the dust removal is perfect.

Printing Section:

(1) The printing phase is regulated by the main control computer and the each man-machine interface.

(2) Rapid traverse mechanism of paper guide wheel, with scale display, gap self-locking adjustment device.

(3) The bridge guide plate is installed, and the cardboard conveying is more stable

(4) Reel lock on both sides, quick hanging drive, automatic detection and reset

Slotting Section:

(1) The slotting phase is regulated by the main control computer and the man-machine interface

(2) The height adjustment of the slotted box adopts the internal gear mechanism, and the independent drive box is regulated.

(3) Pre-pressing wheel, pressing wheel, slotting cutter head, electric position and setting adjustment.

(4) The precise linear guide rail and the cross shaft linkage displacement system are stable and precise.

(5) The large displacement mechanism of the middle knife has strong production adaptability.

In-lined Folder Gluer
