Technical features：

(1) It is adopted with positive pressure design, low heat loss, so that the medium paper can be evenly compressed and attached to the corrugated flute roller surface, making better flute shape, because of the even pressure, corrugated top can be better, evenly coated with glue, So that single-sided corrugated flute paper fits better.

(2) Quick change flute roll within 10 minutes, the replacement of corrugated roller goes when the electric trolley is loaded into the machine ,lock the trolley by the air pressure system,  and fixed to the machine base, just a few buttons switch can be fast and easy to complete the corrugated rolls replacement.

(3) Both corrugated roller adopts the material of 50CRMO high quality alloy steel, heat treatment, the surface after grinding tungsten carbide treatment, the surface hardness HV1200 degrees or more.

(4) Corrugated roller and pressure roller uses a high stability of the airbag control system, at the same time takes on the pressure control buffer effect, the gap of each rollers adopts electrical control.

(5) The gluing is controlled electrically with electrical glue separating device. the gluing system still keeps working when the host machine stops to prevent the glue dry.

(6) Removable gluing roller assembly system for easily clean and convenient maintenance.

(7) Simple operation control system, touch screen operation interface, with the color surface display operating status, function selection, fault indication, exclusion and parameter settings can show this machine function is complete, easy to operate.

(8) Built-in pre-equipped with a spray system, adjust the core paper temperature and moisture.

(9) Main and vice corrugated flute rollers is adopted with high temperature grease to ensure bearing life, smooth operation.
