Main Features:
The Automatic carton gluing machine is composed of 3 parts
The paper Supply part, Gluing and Tirn-back Part& Accumulation and pile-up pare.
The speed is adjusted through the frequency, controlled by PLC.
The dates are put in by the touching screen.
The operation is simple and reliable.
The paper is transmitted and folded automatically. then the accumulation & the date output is made automatically. The average speed for the carton gluing is 150 pcs papers per minute.
All the circuit components are imported.
The Feeder Part
1.the paper will be transmitted the belt, it is reliable and well-positioned.
2. The quality electro-magnetic clutch and electro-magnetic sjid system are used, the paper supply part can be operated independently, the operation is simple and reliable.
3.the height of the paper-pressing wheel can be adjustable, the thickness of cardboard(paper)is available from3mmto8mm
4.the paper supply part will be run with the folding part together, the speed can be adjusted according to the frequency. The speed of the paper supply is 150 meters per minute.
5. The front board and belt for transmitting the paper can be adjusted to the left side or right side according to the exact situation.
The gluing part
1.the main engine will change the speed itself according to the frequency, it works voicelessly, and the speed is changeable flexibly and reliably.
2. The glue is transmitted by the stainless steel accessory and it is smeared on paper evenly. There is on malfunction, it is available to save the glue.
The folding part
1.the imported belt with the high friction is used for transmitting the cardboard; the belt will turn back automatically.
2. it is equipped with the device for correcting the cardboard and the crease.
3. the high-tech device for the edge correction is equipped, it is operated by the server engine, controlled by PLC, this technology has been authorized with the patent right.
