Auto Rotary Die cutting Machine for carton
Technical features:
(1) The rotary die cutting machine has automatic suction feeder and creasing cutting function.
(2) There is no damage for strength of paperboard due to the rubber wheel cylinder. The gear with automatic circulation lubrication can achieve high frequency quenching, grinding and setting up connection.
(3) The rotary die cutting machine features urethane high-quality imported products, good toughness, excellent wear resistance and long life. The urethane can be replaceable to ensure precise cutting accuracy and long life.
(4) The upper slotting knife has a planetary gear structure and is 360° adjustable with motorized modulation.
(5) There are lead edge feeder and kick feeder for customers' requirement.
The rotary die cutting machine has electronic counter to set number of the automatic alarm.
(6) The rotary die cutting machine can realize mechanical automatic gear transmission ratio controlling, the cutting rubber tire slides left and right with total moving distance of 40mm.
(7) The grinding speed can achieve automatic compensation to keep cartons have precise accuracy.
