Corrugated roll parallelism
The corrugated roll is the core accessory with higher precision, it is the parallel meshing between steels. Corrugated roll parallelism is controlled by eccentric pin, but with the mechanical vibration, eccentric corrugated roll parallelism will appear deviation. This requires regular inspection of parallelism by users to prevent abnormal wear.
There is an eccentric pin in singe facer machine, it is installed between two rolls. This part is for adjusting the corrugated roll balance .It is evident that corrugated roll will out of balance caused by machine vibration, eccentric wear or incorrect installation.

Corrugated balance should be checked regularly, it is easy and you can do as follow steps:
1) Put carbon paper into the machine which is in common working condition that you can do side by side. Friendly reminding: be careful of your safety and your hand caught by rolls. (picture 3) 
2) Observe the carbon paper effect, picture 4 is right (distance between two marks is same),
picture 5 is not correct (distance between two marks is different obviously).
3) Adjusting the eccentric by tools until achieving right corrugated roll balance.
